Having used alternative medicine and complementary therapies to recover from my own ill-health (ME/CFS), I am passionate about helping people to achieve better health, relaxation and happiness through natural and non-invasive methods.
As a practitioner of alternative medicine and complementary therapies I am registered with the following associations:
- Registered with the International Institute of Reflexology and the Association of Reflexologists.
- Licenced to practice Advanced Meridian Energy Therapies/Emotional Freedom Technique+ and EmoTrance by the Association of Meridian Therapies and The Sidereus Foundation.
- Member of The Reiki Association, officially recognised by The Reiki Association as a practitioner of Reiki.
- Registered with the Thermo-Auricular© Therapy Association.
- Member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.
As well as offering treatments, I also run Reiki Courses, Reiki Training and Reiki Attunements, with Reiki 1, 2 & Master Degree courses held on a monthly basis.

Day time appointments are available Monday - Friday from 9.00 am - 5.30 pm. After work and evening appointments are available Monday - Thursday by arrangement. Please note I do not offer appointments at weekends.
