Just Float

Imagine being weightless, cradled in warmth, with nothing to distract you. Like that moment when you've just woken up from a good sleep and before you start thinking about what the day will bring.

• There may be soft music playing, or you may have chosen total peace and stillness. Your body is utterly relaxed with no stresses, strains or pressure points anywhere. In short, total mental and physical relaxation.
• When you come to Just Float, we'll take you through what to expect and you'll alway be in control of your float experience. You can choose to float with or without music, with or without light, and with the tank open or shut.
• You will have your own room containing a floatation tank and a shower. The total experience will take about an hour and half including showering, with an hour actually in the tank. 
• The more you float the better it gets. Most of us find it quite hard to relax totally, and you will be in a unique environment, so it is likely to take about 3 floats to get the best from floating.
