Reflexology is a complementary therapy, which works on the feet to help heal the whole person not just the symptoms. The treatment involves gentle pressure massage to the reflex areas on the feet which correspond with various parts of the body.

My name is Hilary, I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists and I work to the highest standards and codes of practice. My gentle yet practical approach ensures that treatments are truly special. Each client is made to feel that their feet really are put first.

Anyone can benefit from reflexology, men, women, children and the elderly. Reflexology can be effective for many different conditions including stress and stress related problems, migraines, sleep disorders, arthritis, respiratory problems and many more.

I specialise in treatments for Enhancing Fertility and Maternity care.

I am based in Gildersome near Leeds and I am fully mobile in the area for home treatments.
