I am a trained specialist in hypnosis for anxiety disorders, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorders), and also have extensive experience in counselling and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) therapy for emotional healing, bereavement, depression, relationship and confidence issues.

Anger Management? Stress? Lack of confidence? No problem! Want to stop smoking easily? I use a combination of EFT and Hypnotherapy - it works!

When you come to me for therapy, you and I will work proactively together. I may use Hypnosis, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching, counselling, EFT , nutrition (nutritional therapy), Energy Healing (similar to Reiki), or simply counselling in order to help you to understand yourself better. We will choose, together, the best method to help YOU.

More about my approach to therapy.... My approach to therapy is based on my firm belief that we are made up of body, mind, and spirit. All three aspects need to be working in harmony to achieve balance. My vision and gifting is to see people fulfil their true potential - set free from the things that are holding them back and allowing the unique vein of gold within them to shine through.

There is nothing I love better than to see somebody moving closer to becoming the unique and incredible person they were created to be. When people are ‘set free’ in my office and I hear their stories of how they have changed since coming to therapy, I get positively euphoric!
