What is EFT?The easiest way to explain EFT is to describe it as 'Acupuncture without needles'. It involves tapping on various acupuncture points, while concentrating on a particular problem. It can be used on a wide variety of issues such as fears, phobias, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety etc and is very effective and often brings relief within minutes. The technique is simple and easy to learn and can be taught to anyone to use themselves on a regular basis. It can be used regularly for personal development, problem solving and stress relief. It was developed in America, by Gary Craig in the early 1990s, from psychologist Dr Roger Callahan's 'Thought Field Therapy' and is now widely used over the world. |
