After watching this programme this evening i was absolulty shocked. For those that did not watch it. It was about botox and fillers and how beauty therapist are able to practice this in salons. I agreed with what the comments the professionals were saying re : complication and after care that beauty therapist could not provide. I do think that there are therapist ( beauty) out there that would be competent to carrying out the procedure but this is not what its al about.

As a colonic hydrotherapist, i am aware that beauty therapist are able to do this also and again its the consultation and after care that is as important if not more than the actual procedure itself.
I would be happier if more rules were establishe for these treatmens.
