So what will your healthy new years resolution be?
Hope its not one of the exercise machines that end up under the bed after 2 months.
Drink more water, Eat three bits of fruit a day, get of that bus one stop earlier and walk to work. Little steps can really make a big difference and are easier to swallow then embarking on a big fitness programme that you are not going to stick to after a couple of months.

Hi, that's just what I was thinking. Little changes otherwise I feel deprived in the food department and overwhelmed with the exercise plan. I'm wondering what other little tips that aren't too changing to my lifestyle you can suggest please?
Thanks Andrea
